Hi, I’m Sami — the founder and heart behind Party In The Hills (formally know as Asheville Flower Walls). I believe every moment, big or small, deserves to be celebrated in style! I launched Party In The Hills out of a genuine love for all things beautiful, festive, and fun. My passion lies in helping people bring their visions to life and helping them design PARTIES THAT THRILL!

I was born in Pensacola, FL, and later moved to a small town in Virginia where I fell in love with the mountains. I earned a B.S. in Food Science and Technology from Virginia Tech in 2013. In 2016, I relocated to Asheville, NC, for a job in beverage quality management, and I have been here ever since!

While my full-time job is in beverage quality management, my passion is in crafting and event planning. When I'm not working, you'll find me creating new party decor, diving into a good book, planning my next event, or loving on my perfect daughter.

My husband and I have been married for four wonderful years, and we both absolutely adore Asheville and all it has to offer. On our days off, we love spending time on the lake, visiting our favorite breweries, relaxing on our porch, and showing our daughter all the beauty of Asheville!
